3-PRODUCT PRODUCTION
The optional third product conveyor allows the single drum, TR6450 trommel screen, to produce three unique products in one pass.
TENSIONED SCREEN DRUM
Tensioning the screens allows for maximum strength with a finer wire gauge, optimizing production through improved open area. In high moisture applications, the use of stainless steel screens can be very useful.
JOBSITE FLEXIBILITY
The auxiliary hydraulic system grants the TR6450 trommel screen the ability to run the third fraction conveyor or other attachments.
FULL-FUNCTION REMOTE
The ability to adjust the working trommel from the loader is made possible by the standard full-function remote control. The remote allows you to adjust screening functions, raise and lower conveyors, pause the hopper, reverse the engine fan and more.
DRUM DRIVE
The hydraulic-driven chain drive system provides positive drum drive and also allows the drum to lift off of the cog for service and maintenance. The drum drive is monitored so the hopper belt will stop when the drum is reaching capacity, in order to prevent over feeding.
LOW HOPPER HEIGHT
With a hopper height of 9.5 ft (2.9 m), the operator can load material without having to build a ramp to the machine, decreasing loading cycle times.
