TENSION SCREEN DESIGN
The ability to adjust the screen quickly will allow operators to change opening size, wire gauge and type of wire so you can separate a wide variety of material.
ADVANCED CONTROLS
Operators can control the machine through a Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a handheld transceiver remote.
ELECTRIC MOTOR
The TR5300EM is powered by an industrial-duty, fully enclosed and fan-cooled electric motor. A single 60-hp (44.5-kW) motor powers the hydraulic pump stack. Electric motors reduce exhaust emissions, jobsite noise and maintenance compared to diesel.
ACCESS TO CRITICAL POINTS
Access to critical points on the machine allows for efficient maintenance on components such as motor, trommel drum and drum drive.
HYDRAULIC-DRIVEN CHAIN DRIVE SYSTEM
A hydraulic-driven chain drive system allows the drum to be lifted off the cog for service, and bolt-on sprockets can be changed quickly to help lower repair time.
LARGE, LOW-FEED HOPPER
The TR5300EM features a large, low-feed hopper for ease of loading without a loading ramp, maximizing jobsite mobility.
